Music Saves Lives® PRIVACY

You are strongly advised to read the following. This agreement is written in common English for your reading. Even though this agreement is unilateral and requires no acceptance on the part of you, the user, it contains clauses specifying how and what, if any, information may or may not be disclosed. It also defines your responsibilities as to the designation of information as private and personal, which is key to protecting certain information on a user-specific level. It also defines certain limitations and exceptions you may wish to be aware of. Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com is committed to protecting your privacy. This agreement is binding upon Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com, ( Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com), its employees, assigns, agents and representatives to whom authorized or privileged access to any of your Personal Identifying Information (PII) or Personal Private Information (PPI) is granted for development, maintenance, customer service, support or some other user driven reason.

Specifically:
What this agreement covers

• This agreement covers Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com treatment of PII and PPI that Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com may obtain when you use Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com products or services, or which Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com may obtain from various third parties (and, where applicable, you subsequently designate as PPI) such as account balance verifications, identity verifications, address verifications, etc., which may be sought as a requirement for your participation or continuation in certain Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com programs and services.

• PII or "Personal Identity Information" is information that would allow someone to identify you and/or contact you, including your full name, IP address, social security number, driver's license number, credit card number, bank account number, telephone number, street address, mailing address, e-mail address (es), username(s), password(s), and the like information. Any collection of Non-Identifying Information (NII) that could obviously and clearly be used to narrow identification to you as an individual shall also be considered PPI.

• PPI or "Personal Private Information" is compiled from data that Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com collects or may collect in the course of your use of the Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com services that may not in and of itself identify you, but may represent information that you consider to be personal or private in nature and that you would not want shared with anyone except as you may specifically direct. As used in this agreement, the term "PPI" is limited to any data that Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com permits you to designate as such and that you in fact designate as such within your personal Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com Control Center in accordance with established Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com policies and procedures, and Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com shall not have any obligation with respect to information that is not properly designated as PPI by you. By way of example (without limitation), you may designate any account balances, bill payments, portfolio contents, health data, lifestyle preferences, insurance coverage(s), employer, etc., as PPI to insure that it, too, comes under the protection of this agreement.

• NII shall consist of all data and/or information that is not PPI or PPI and except as otherwise noted herein, this agreement shall not restrict Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com in it's use of NII.

• The agreement does not apply to the practices of partner companies that Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com does not own or control, or to people that Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com does not employ or manage. However, Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com will exercise reasonable efforts to ensure that other parties having access to certain of your PII or PPI (as permitted under this agreement) will comply with all of the terms of this agreement.
PII and PPI collection, use, and disclosure

• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com may obtain and store specific PII and/or PPI when you register for or use certain Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com products or services. Some PII and PPI may be retained even after you cease to use the services for certain administrative purposes, but this agreement shall remain in full force regarding all such retained information.

• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com will not sell or rent your PII or PPI to anyone for any purpose. Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com will not reveal, disclose, share, or distribute your PII or PPI to anyone unless:
We have your prior consent to share the information and only for the express purpose of completing certain form types; or
Disclosure to a third party service provider is necessary in order to provide a product or service you request; or
You use the "force-through" features of the Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com services to effectively self-disclose your PII or PPI to third parties while online; or
We are required to disclose the information pursuant to any law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process; or
Disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our rights under any agreement with you or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Blank Label Artist Administration / Music Saves Lives, its users, or the public.

• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com will protect your PII and PPI from unauthorized disclosure with substantially the same degree of care it uses in connection with its own most sensitive, confidential information (except that Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com may not transmit its own confidential information over the internet or store such information on internet-accessible servers, and there are, of course, inherent risks of unauthorized disclosure associated with such transmissions and storage).

•Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com will use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions that may include PII and PPI, but ultimately it shall be the user's responsibility to insure that such data is transmitted to or via Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com from its point of origin, using appropriate secure protocols and the appropriate security features within Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com services.

NII collection, use, and disclosure
•Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com will see and may record what it deems to be important, relevant or useful including (without limitation): surfing history, origin IP address (es), bookmarks, cookies, preferences and settings, searches at Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com or third party sites, survey results, and the like. All such information that qualifies as NII shall be used by Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com to provide i) additional user benefits, ii) user data security, iii) company opportunity, iv) public services, or v) any other purpose deemed reasonable and acceptable by Blank Label Artist Administration / Music Saves Lives, by presenting the data in either individual or aggregate forms.

Limitations and exceptions
• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com will not attempt to limit, delete or block the placement or use of "cookie" or text file identifiers set by third parties or third party servers, ii) disable Java or java script, iii) force "all time SAL", iv) purge referrer headers in http requests, v) disable browser type or any other manipulation of the status quo internet operations and Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com shall have no responsibility for the occurrence or use of the forgoing by anyone unless specifically requested or required by the user's manipulating of the Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com Control Center settings and preferences or the log-in procedure for any or all of the forgoing. The user is responsible for making the privacy initiatives work.
• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com is not responsible for any disclosure of PIE or PIP made by you (or any person authorized by you) while using Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com products or services.
• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com is not responsible for the use or disclosure of PIE or PIP that is obtained from Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com illegally or without authorization, unless Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com has failed to exercise its reasonable best efforts to prevent illegal or unauthorized access to the information.

• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com is not responsible for any accidental disclosure of PIE or PIP, unless the accidental disclosure is the result of Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com failure to exercise its reasonable best efforts to prevent accidental disclosure.

• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com may disclose PIE and/or PIP to a joint venture partner or to any entity who is merging with Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com or is purchasing all or substantially all of the assets used in Blank Label Artist Administration / Music Saves Lives business (or any portion thereof), but only if the other party agrees to uphold and honor all of the provisions of this agreement.

Applicability of terms of services
• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com Terms of Service apply to this Agreement and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. No claim may be made hereunder, except in accordance with all of the terms, conditions, and limitations set out in the Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com Terms of Service Agreement.

Changes to this Agreement
• Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com may modify this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion, but only on minor matters of technicality or compliance. No substantive changes in the Agreement shall be allowed without the express prior approval of the user. If there is any change made, we will notify you via e-mail or post a prominent announcement that will be visible upon your next subsequent log-in to the Music Saves Lives® a not-for profit and musicsaveslives.com services.

• Your continued use and/or lack of qualifying comment shall be deemed as acceptance of any changes on the part of the user.

• If you object to any change within a reasonable time after the change is made, the changes shall apply only to any new information received after the date of the change, and the old agreement will continue to protect all information received prior to that date.
